- Fixing the defective products at office as assigned.
- Over all checking for service products.
- Notifying Manager on the extraordinary cases assign and product quality.
- Record and summarized those used spare parts daily.
- According to the requirements, participate in home service.
- Consulting, clarifying all the customer’s inquiries, supporting in receiving and returning warranty products.
- Summarized the often broken products of Kangaroo with reasons.
- Sending weekly (Every Friday) service products report and spare parts used report to service manager.
- Able to travel if necessary.
- Set up and perform ASC training and new products training
- Draw daily delivery way plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

- AGTI (EC) (or) B.E (EC) and related Diploma
- At least 3 years working experience as a service technician especially electronic products (Home Appliance)
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email and Internet.
- Personality: Creative, Honest, Hard Working and passionate.
- Able to travel if necessary.
- Age: between 28 and 35 Years old.
