◊ Sales Engineer
◊ Mainly sales in water & waste water treatment project, Industrial Chemical sales
◊ Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
◊ Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
◊ Expand new customers , maintain existing customers & try to meet the customer’s satisfactions
◊ Try to achieve the monthly sales target , set the individual target / weekly & monthly plan for achieving goals
◊ Align & negotiate with operation team and try to get the customer’s desired condition and to get the good result of existing plants
◊ Review and updating the closing of Sales and try to make better than previous project
◊ Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
◊ Prepares cost estimates of projects by related customer documents; consulting with Sales administrator and operation engineers,.
◊ Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
◊ Achieve customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
◊ Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
◊ Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
◊ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
◊ Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
◊ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
◊ Ad-hoc duties assigned by Immediate Boss

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

◊ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering especially Chemical or equivalent.
◊ Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in Waste Water /Water Treatment Industry
◊ Applicant with experience in completing relevant water treatment plant projects would be an advantage
◊ Must have strong technical skills
◊ Must be able to handle structural design (2D/ 3D) using Auto-CAD software
◊ Conversant in all aspects of plant process, building design and construction
◊ Possess excellent leadership & planning skills to ensure timing project completion and within budget, whilst taking note of safety
◊ A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership, willing and capable of multi-tasking functions
◊ Good Interpersonal Skill and negotiation skills to lead a team and sub contractors
◊ Good Problem Solving Skill
◊ Good Presentation Skill & Selling Skill to meet monthly target
◊ Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
◊ Fluent in English , other language is a plus
◊ Willing to travel & Able to work overtime and weekends( if necessary).
