* Manage daily sale record, prepare for monthly sale record and develop daily sale report and monthly sale report and update customer records.
*Arrange events concerning in marketing , sales or relevant field
* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
* Processing orders via email or discussion over the tele communication with oversea office
* Arranging events within the budget with effectively and well coodinating with appointed agent in time
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary

"* Knowledge of ordering system, daily sale report system, monthly sale report system and event arrangement skill in marketing, Sales or relevant field is plus.

* Checking data accuracy in orders
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Ability to work under strict deadlines
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Holder of University degree
