- Prepare job announcement and post them on selected recruitment channels.
- Update candidate database in the system and report to Recruitment and Replacement
Officer.
- Collect application forms and submit to related line manager for screening.
- Arrange interview by calling the candidates, informing to related interviewer and
prepare interview appointment list.
- Update employee data base in timely manner.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations
with managers and recommending new procedures.

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

- Bachelor degree/Diploma/Certificate in business management or administration is preferred.
- Minimum one year working experience in human resources function.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good in English, Burmese and Japanese is an advantage.
