* Preparing HBL / MBL, sea export-placing booking and filing shipping Instructions
* Responsible for Export / Import related paperwork, documentation and coordination.
* Coordinating with Shipping line and Airline.
* To actively take quotes from reliable freight agencies on timely air and sea shipments
* Might have experience of Export / Import paperwork such as Invoice, PL, BL/AWB.
* Taking air and sea freight quotes and booking shipments with freight agents.
* Documentation for custom clearance. Coordinating accordingly to ensure smooth clearance process.
* Booking of vehicle to ensure timely delivery of material to end warehouse.
* Going to Sea port/ Air port to solve custom clearance deadlocks.

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

1. Diploma Degree holder ( Logistics certificate is preferable )
2. At least 3 to 4 year' experience in related field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics
3. Age between 25 and 35 years
4. Good communication skill ( English Written & Spoken )
5. Interpersonal Skill and Good presentation Skill
6. High motivation, Commitment to work
7. Good problem solving skill, Strong Leadership
8. Supervision and Coaching of Subordinates
9. Computer literacy
