အေသးစိတ္အခ်က္အလက္

* Assist CEO in managing daily schedule and arranging meetings ,appointments & his Daily administrative works
* Follow up the meeting minutes and provide update information to the CEO
* Arrange visa, stay permit of CEO and Expatriate staff
* Arrange domestic & overseas trip of CEO and management team (booking hotel, arranging tickets, etc)
* Responsible to handle the expense reimbursement of CEO
* Handle office administration tasks such as ordering stationary, business card, birthday cake, arranging office maintenance, etc)
* Keep all confidential documents in secure
* Engage in social affairs of BOD, shareholders and Clients such as sending birthday wishes, preparing presents, sending anniversary quotes ,etc
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirement as needed

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

* Bachelor degree in any discipline
* At least 3 years of working experience in relative field
* Good at using Microsoft Office & email writing
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Good organizing and interpersonal skill
