📣Organizing travel inbound and outbound visas, booking accommodations and reservations.
📣Taking meeting minutes on regular status meetings, follow-up and arranging meeting rooms.
📣Communicating with HODs and supported as needed.
📣Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
📣Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
📣Helping organize and maintain office common area.

📣Any Bachelor’s degree.
📣Outstanding organizational & time management skills.
📣Must be good verbal and written communication skills.
📣Must be good as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
