Provided support Chairman of the company.
Coordinate all complex international & domestic travel arrangements including: car arrangements, dinner reservations, hotel/lodging and entertainment.
Liaison with all the vendors, contractors, etc. General administrative day-to-day duties –
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for VIP guests.
Perform a wide variety of highly responsible, confidential and multifaceted duties for the Chairman and BOD on all Board activities.
Responsible for all aspects of the business planning and strategic activities, administrative supports and act as the liaison with board members, government department departments and business partners, etc... both in verbal and written communication as assigned by Chairman.
Work collaboratively with other administrative support team members.

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

Bachelor degree from any university (or) MBA is preferred
Excellent administrative skills
Must be proactive and a self starter
Applied advanced knowledge of computer skills
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to find solutions with minimal supervision.
Possess analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports.
Able to work under pressure
Age 26 years old and above.
