Job Description

- Formulate annual staffing plans to supply adequate workforce to the entire operations.
- Develop and improve operations workflow to ensure sound separation of duties among operations team and to lighten up operations workload.
- Establish sound procedures for controlling workflow and to attain effectiveness of daily operations.
- Work out new strategies to cope with the company’s growth and expansions.
- Make good plans for staff’s capacity development.
- Develop strategies to enforce and insure efficiency of implementation of principles, policy, procedures, etc.
- Encourage cordial atmosphere for internal, external auditors or inspectors and other stakeholders who need assistance.
- Schedule regular and timely meetings the team to collect issues and challenges, discus solutions, and circular updates.
- Regularly report to executives on the progress and achievements of the department and branches.
- Perform other duties as assigned by executives.
- Develop or innovate products and services to give varieties to the company’s clienteles.
- Establish clear policy, sound procedures, and adequate forms and guidelines and other materials necessary for managing deposit products and customer service.
- Lead the team to carrying out product setup, testing, and launching.
- Identify and create key indicators for preparing achievement plans for all branches and the whole company.
- Develop necessary reports to ensure the effectiveness of deposit performance management and achievement of deposit plan.
