Job Description
* Coordinate with Toyota Dealers and support to each Dealers CR staffs to understand the customers concerns.
* Customer screening and call center management.
* Monitor the customer complaints and make the cuontermeasure for better customer handling for future.
* Investigation the problems /complaints and support to dealers CR staff if need.
* Monitor and analyze Toyota Dealer's KPI related with customer relation.
* Conduct training to dealers CR staffs.
* Solve the serious customer complaint in accordance with customer law.
* Monitor the Customer Retention .
* Overall customer relationship management.
Job Requirement
* Any Bachelor Degree.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English and Burmese.
* Excellent Business English skills and proficiency in computer literacy.
* Preferred age 22 to 30 .

Working Time : 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Holidays : Sat, Sun & Public days
Salary : 500,000 MMK (Experience on Nego)
