Job Description

• Implementing Accounts Payable and Receivable Function.

• Act as the contact point for engagement with the AR/AP function

• Responsible for day to day processing of banking transactions.

• Check the budget and actual expenses by weekly.

• Implementing Office “ Petty Cash “ Function.

• Ensure that Petty Cash Reconciliation is completed monthly and any cash discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

• Report daily cash flow and balance including bank accounts to HOD and MD.

• Report counting of denomination note to HOD daily.

• To assist the Accountants when dealing with internal and external auditors in completion.

Job Requirement

• Any Graduate or Accounting Degree or LCCI level‐2 and 3 (or equivalent certification and experience)

• At least 3 years' experience in similar position.

• Proficiency in the English Language is necessary

• Experience in financial monitoring, budgetary systems, controls and cash management

• Knowledge and experience of financial computer applications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting systems;

• Willing to do and Independently in travelling
