Job Description

♦ Coordinate with Toyota Dealers and support Toyota Warranty Claim and Reimbursement operations.
♦ Create summaries and reports for warranty claims from Toyota Dealers.
♦ Provide warranty operational consulting to Toyota Dealers.
♦ Support and conduct warranty operation trainings.
♦ Support to company’s other projects when necessary.
(Including any other services and/or tasks required for the above

Job Requirement

♦ Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese.
(Japanese is an advantage)
♦ Excellent business English skills and proficiency in computer literacy
♦ A proactive person with positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
♦ Ability to give attention to small details and accuracy
♦ Experience in warranty operations in automotive field is preferable.
