Management of UX of app , platform and back-end system
-Play the role of System Owner
-Interface with T2P & IT support the Team in managing the tasks related to system , processes , file feeds , business rules , reporting ,
exceptions tracking , user access tracking and issue flagging
Campaigns Requirement & Data Extraction
-Define & Prescribe the system requirements for targeted & personalized campaigns
-Govern back-end execution & coordination with T2P , IT & CR System Administrator
System Integration & Coordination
-Administer the system , work plan , processes , integration , coordination & file feed with T2P , IT , Marketing
and relevant stakeholders from Partners
Rewards Points Updating
-Support the Rewards Executive in points audit and reporting
