Job summary:
Senior Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing services concerning installation, troubleshooting and develops the company application systems.
• Work closely with Regional IT Team in Bangkok to deliver the application services to the users including but not limited to installation, configuration, troubleshooting and solve application issues.
• Develop the applications or reports as assigned.
• Be a project member of the assigned project that supports the operation of the company
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned
အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in software development or application support function
Direct experience working in transportation and warehouse business would be an advantage
Good knowledge in application programming including Microsoft.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Java, and MVC.
Good knowledge of the application architecture
Basic knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle process and methodologies
Good troubleshooting skill
Good command of both written and spoken English
Accuracy and correctness of data and documents
Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively
