• Mainly support the Hamper Sales (Seasonal present basket by means of Christmas, Chinese New Year, Thingyan and Thadingyut Seasonal Hamper).
• To support the Branches and outlet intend to give best customer service concerned with Hamper sales.
• Draw the seasonal sales plan and arrange the hamper designs and decorations.
• Proactively plan and arrange the Oversea Order & Local Order to manage in time receiving.
• To Manage the in-time production and distribution in order to supply Target Quantity, Customer Demand and Customer Order.
• To Manage the Hamper Sale, intend to reach the Target Achievement upon on Customer preference and operational targets.
• Monitoring and forecasting of stock balancing and Hamper sales data analyzing and data interpretation.
• To Manage not happening the stock out situation and control the damage and expiry within the given budget.
• To monitor and trained the internal staff to develop the staffs’ skill, knowledge and attribute and to arrange the training program for them.
• Make the Key Performance Indicators for each employee in aligned with Department Key Performance Indicators

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

• Degree Holder
• At least minimum 4 or 5 years’ experience in Management level
• Good Command of English (Spoken & Written)
• Computer Literate
• Must have Creation Skill and Analytical Skill
• Well Know of Customer Relationship Management and handle customer complaints
• Must have experience in Sale & Marketing field
• More prefer in knowledge of Logistic field
