- Prepare sales target, budget and marketing strategy and continuously monitor and report its status on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Implement and oversee relevant steps needed to achieve goals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and find new potential clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Conduct market analysis of designated channel and region, in order to understand the target market
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement process, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing
- Able to travel to other cities as and when it’s required

အလုပ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္

- At least 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing, people from lighting/electrical industry will be given priority
- A bachelor's degree in engineering with sales/marketing experiences or Diploma in sales/marketing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong computer and database skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
