strategies and tactical plans.
* Provide product trials, technology, agronomic and product knowledge and training
at meetings, field days, plots, and one-on-one with seed personnel.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop seed business strategies for market
penetration and to increase for seed sales.
* Assess sales territory coverage and make recommendations to optimize sales
resource allocation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across Myanmar.
* Drive growth in sales volumes, sales revenue and contribution margin in Seed
business.
* Responsible for business planning and execution, sales, marketing and training of
seed operation.

* B.Agr.Sc
* +10-year track successful record of Seed business –at sales, business
development, business management, and supervision
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and
organizational skills.
* Experience in developing seed business and customer segments
* Proven ability to assess seed markets
* Key account management and proven sales skills
* Strategic mindset
* Marketing skills
