Job Description

- Support the Department Manager in managing and preparing monthly financial reporting in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and ensure compliance and alignment of accounting policies and procedures with the government regulations.
- Liaise with the tax office in the corporate tax matters.
- Work with respective departments to ensure compliance of internal control procedures.
- Review and Analyze expenses.
- Perform any other related projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor.
- Oversee payment and claims processing to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Manage accounts receivable to ensure billing and collections are done in timely manner.
- Control and manage periodic closing and reconciliations processes .
- Reporting and analysis to support grant reimbursements and management requirements.
- Maintain the accounts of other city accounts.
- Adhoc projects.

Job Requirement

- B.com or Any graduate person with LCCI Level (III) Diploma or CPA is preferred.
- at least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel / Word ) and English is preferable.
- Knowledge of Taxation and withholding tax is advantageous.
- Independent & good team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning capability, project management.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
- Willing to be trained SAP and Peachtree Business One Software.
