Job Description

• To manage the operation in order to accomplish most efficient and effective sales team
• Sales Management functions for National Sales Team
• To keeps communication with principle continuously
• Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and Reporting Results as necessary. And, OJT to Sales peoples
• Present Sales, Operations revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Manage and develop sales teams for area Sales forecasts, Sales Volume, Distribution Market share and Penetration outlets target.
• Strong Analysis on Distribution Tracking, Sales Performance, Data with Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half a year, Yearly.
• Strong experience in Local Market penetration with FMCG filed.
• Sales Strategic and Planning to Meet changing markets and competitive activities.

Job Requirement

• Any Graduate and more preferable is Sales & Marketing Management Diploma.
• Over 5 years as Sales Manager and all channel management experience in FMCG
• Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the English Language is necessary and Well knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word & PowerPoint…)
• Willing to do and Independently in travelling.
