Job Description

• Develop, propose, and execute the up-country Project Sales Strategy, and Project Sales Plans to become the Market Leader in this channel;

• Responsible for the Project Net Sales, Win Ratio, Gross Margins, relationship with project dealer and contractor;

• Develop and executive the “TOA Value Proposition” for each of the Key Stakeholders;
• Build a Project Pipe-line which will be monitored through a Project Pipe-Line Tracking tool;
• Establish strong relationships with top Property Developers, Architects, and Interior Designers;
• Responsible for Managing and Developing the Project Sales Team;

Job Requirement

• Age: 25-35 years;
• Education: Bachelor in Commerce or Business Administration or Civil Engineering;

• Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Sales Leadership role preferably from the Decorative Paint or Building Materials Industry;

• Type: Intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, people management skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills;

• Can work under pressure and stress;
• Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA;
• Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
• Language: proficient in Burmese and English
