Job Description

1. Understand the company vision and growth plan
2. The aim to perform the pipeline of the target goals of MGPS and tender.
3. Perform the core objective of an ever growing circle of the business in senior level
4. Must involve and participate at various activities of the customer dealings, presentation, technical support, and project management.
5. Demonstrated the ability through previous experience to liaise with relevant senior level
6. Dealing with the customer and create the networking and relationship management
7. Need to undertake the preliminary sector research and build the target list of the customer.
8. Must be demonstrates the ability to think critically and proactively, anticipates risks and prepare solutions in advance
9. Do market survey in periodically.
10. Monitor and evaluate the project requirement.
11. Supervises and follows up on the related MGPS drawings of the drafter accordingly with QC,QA
12. Calculation with P&L control based on the project needs.
13. Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project
14. Inspect the quality of the equipment and acquires, monitors and make suggestions or improvement accordingly
15. Evaluates external labor and quality of the work through personal inspections and other means
16. Timely inventory spare procurement, ordering and availability in the stock and field according to the project’s requirement
17. Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skill
18. Closely work with the internal operation team
19. Active and passive learning

Job Requirement

1. Education level - B.E.(EC/Mechanical/Mechatronics)
(Related Service Experience 2 years) (More prefer RE/RSE)
2. Experience level - Experienced in non Manager
3. Preferred Age - Under 35 years
4. Computer Skill level - Good (word, power point, excel), internet and email
5. Language Skill - Good (English/Myanmar)
6. Medical gas pipeline system installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and service
7. Be able to do trips in the whole Myanmar.
8. Experience in tender administration
9. Business and project management
10. Knowledge in Construction, BMS, ACMV, MEP, M&E and the core knowledge in MGPS
11. Driving license(more preference)
