Job Description

- Maintain workflow on a daily basis by setting up process variables and observing control points
- Complete production plans by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities and reporting the results of process flow to upper management
- Call for repairs if the operation of equipment becomes faulty or unreliable
- Establish and enforce organizational standards for safety and production processes
- Check production Output according to specifications

Job Requirement

- Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting and production standards
- At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor at manufacturing company.
- Age must be 25 to 38.
- The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relation to personnel quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
