Because TV is a visual medium, the best producers think in pictures and are always asking themselves how something will look on the screen. We want someone with a creative streak, strong writing skills and the ability to produce great TV for those interested in business in all its forms.
Above all, you must be highly-motivated, hard-working and passionate about news with a willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a close team.
Knowledge of Myanmar’s economy and politics and the wider Asia-Pacific business environment and financial markets would be a distinct advantage.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a live TV news environment would be an advantage, but we’d also love to meet you if you have a background in business, politics or communications
- Strong writing skills
- The ability to work fast, accurately and under pressure
- The ability to create original and relevant stories for the target audience
- A highly collaborative, creative and inquiring mind
- Good keyboard/basic computer skills and the ability to acquire technical skills, for example, producing graphics for TV
- Some English skills would be desirable
- A willingness to learn and adopt Bloomberg values and standards
