Job Requirement

· Minimum a degree holder in marketing, economics, business administration
· Minimum 12 years of working experience in the FMCG or distribution companies before
· Has proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or Senior Management role
· Has proven experience managing a high performance sales team of 50 or more
· Demonstrate an ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
· Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
· Strong communication and team management skills
· Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
· Availability to travel as needed
· Good communication and writing skills
