Job Description
- Control and Monitor on SQL/MySQL database, Reporting builder relate MBWin and MBMIS, Web base reporting builder in TEAM and to support on MBWin and MBMIS user, MBWIN Database splitting, database replication and Chart of Account following requirement of SPN,
- Monthly database collection and database management for users checking, Database monthly consolidation,
- To provide accurate and timely information as required for SPN management and external returns.
- To manage the input and output of ILR data (individual Learning Records), ensuring external deadlines are met and internal/External reports are produced.
- To advise staff on methods of accessing information and to provide in-house training for staff in the use of MIS systems.
- To enjoy write and maintain a set of reports to meet the needs of all SPN staff and to develop a web based reporting system across the SPN.
- To develop new systems to respond to the changing needs of the SPN and to ensure that MIS data is accurate and robust ensuring that reports are accessible and to all staff.
- To advise the SPN on MIS issues and the implications of finding and all finding changes and to ensure MIS service level agreements are set and reviewed annually.
- To liaise with auditors where necessary on any area of MIS.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP.
- Experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of Report builder Tools.
- Development experience using extensible Report/web authoring tools.
- Experience developing and implementing open source software projects CBS, in-house development software.
- Experience with Micro-banker for Window is preferable.
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities requirement by management.
