Job Description

• Deliver Modern Sales Channel Sell-Out Target
• Deliver Paint, Construction Chemicals and Hardware Offer Shop Share
• Ensure sufficient Stock and no Stock-Out of Paint, Construction Chemicals and Hardware Offers
• Deliver PC Cost to Sell-Out KPI
• Report Weekly Sell-Out by Store by Product Line, including Competitor Activities and Information
• Management PC’s including their Weekly Work Plan
• Recruit PC’s
• Visit all Modern Channel Stores at a frequency defined by the company
• Liase and make sure that TCW Machines are operational all the time
• Train Promoters in TOA Paint, Construction Chemicals Product Information
• Train Promoters in Consumer Selling Skills and Negotiation Skills

Job Requirement

• Any Graduated
• Age: 25-30 years
• At least 5 years experience in Marketing Supervisor role
• Results driven, people management skills, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Meeting with the TOA Company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Burmese and English
