Job Description

♦ Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities
♦ Lead and manage marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy
♦ Analyze current market conditions and competitor information to strategize and measure ongoing activities
♦ Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to zonal heads
♦ Analyze and manage the marketing budget
♦ Establishing a system of marketing to operation.
♦ Being responsible overall marketing follows a policy of the company.
♦ Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity( CI ).
♦ Manage marketing to integrate sales network including collect marketing information.
♦ Doing market survey or research and analyze information for sales and market plan.
♦ Cooperate with other marketing areas to do the market strategic plan.
♦ Manage the marketing team to achieve the target.
♦ Planning dealer network targets follow a policy of the company.

Job Requirement

♦ Any Graduate (or) Diploma /Certificate in Business
Management or sales & marketing/Certificate of Digital Marketing Management
♦ Minimum 5 years’ working Experience in creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, marketing plan, online marketing, including social media and content marketing(Prefer Electronic)
♦ Developing the sales & marketing strategy for the
company in line with company objectives
♦ Can lead to achieve the target and manage to team.
♦ Good interpersonal, communication skill, Negotiation skill, Leadership Skill with the ability to manage team.
♦ Able to work outside Yangon or travel if need
