Job Description

* IT HelpDesk support and troubleshoot problems reported by staffs with timely manners.

* Support VPN, LANs and Firewall (Cisco, Sonicwall)

* Manage Microsoft Active Directory Server 2019, 2022.

* Support Office ERP application, Softwares and Office Licenses renewals.

* Set up and Maintain Internal Network and System security.

* Able to maintain IT assets with strong documentation.

* Report Operation status to Manager and able to handle Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Management.

* (CCNA certificate holders will have an advantage.)

Job Requirement

* Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT related field.

* Minimum 2 or 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in IT background is
required.

* Good English Skills.
