Job Description
- Assist AM related to the recruitment process and arrangement.
- Maintaining the database of candidates and personal profiles of employees.
- Conducting the induction session for the newly joined employees.
- Arranging the necessary things for staff (uniform, ID card and etc.)
- Controlling the uniform, lanyard stock.
- Updating/ revising/ extending the HR-related forms, handbook content, and contracts so on.
- Monitoring the attendance data and processing data for payroll, collecting leave forms and
calculating the leave balance of employees.
- Liaise with the government offices monthly basis (Tax, Labor & SSB, etc.)
- Performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by seniors.
Job Requirement
- Age 25 – 28 years old.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Any bachelor's degree and HR-related Diploma holders are preferable.
- Knowledge in Accounting related is advantages.
- Able to communicate in English proficiently.
- Must possess a deep knowledge of Labor law and updated government regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet the deadline.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (especially in Excel) and Outlook mail.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Must follow HR ethics and perform in detailed oriented.
- Able to work overtime if necessary.
