Job Description

• Responsible to prepare TTAS's necessary Finance & Accounting rules, policies and SOP(Standard of Operation Procedure)
• Propose necessary amendment for Finance & Accounting rules, policies and SOP
• Responsible to lead, plan, organize, monitor and coordinate work in the field of finance and accounting
• Responsible to prepare annual business action plan and implemation. Coordinate and follow up budget procedures
• Responsible to prepare and implement development strategies in the area of Finance and Accounting
• Responsible to prepare analyses/reports for the Company Management and propose measures to achieve greater efficiency in the area of finance and accounting
• Responsible to prepare monthly reporting package in accordance with IFRS to the ultimate parent, Toyota Tsusho Corporation (located in Japan, hereunder "TTC")
• Monitoring accounting, finance and taxes legislation and timely preparation of relevant proposals on changes
• Analyze and plan tax issues of TTAS and effectively manage tax risks and liabilities associated with business transactions
• Coordination and participation in internal/external audits and inspections
• Analyze and report to management on actual variances from the budget plan and assist management in the formulation on overall strategic direction
• Establish strategic alliance and networks with financial institutions and strengthen the relationships
• Responsible to motivate, develop, lead and evaluate team members in Finance & Accounting Dept
• Participation in the selection process for Finance & Accounting Dept
• Development of an organizational culture in accordance with the Toyota Way values
• Execution of other tasks as required by the Company Management and "TTC"
Other duties as assigned by management
• Hand on experiences of IAS/IFRS/SME for Automobile business

Job Requirement

• CPA or BA/BS with major in Accounting (preferred)
• 10 years+ experience as Manager and above position in the area of finance and accounting
• Deep knowledge on IFRS for SMEs/ full scope of IFR , Taxation (Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Deferred Tax, Pricing decision, etc.)
• Project management experiences of both dealer and distributor function of a large corporation and/or developing and constructing new setup branch or retail shops or coordinating of construction project
• Fluent in English and Myanmar language
• Work experiences in international companies and/or automotive industry (preferred)
• Ability to work weekends / holidays / evenings; as required during tight deadline periods
