Job Description

- Check and Calculate the Payment Vouchers and Received Vouchers amount with document attachments from Cash Dept;
· Daily entries of Payment Vouchers and Received Vouchers to software for REM BU.
· Checking the Cash Balance need to ensure Cash Dept Balance and Accounting Software Balance.
· Entry and Clear out the Adjustments between internal Companies not only Business Units but also Branches month by month.
· Prepare Fixed Assets Template based on Fixed assets List Under REM BU.
· Review and Analysis S’ Parts sale Report and stock Balance from Branches every end of Month.
· Ensure and accurate the data entries consistence with Accounting Police.
· Issue Financial Report (Profit &Loss, Balance Sheet and Attachments) by monthly.
· Make the analysis file of Financial Conditions according to the Financial Conditions by monthly
· Create the Presentation file of the REM BU’s Financial Conditions by monthly.
· Prepare Gross Profit Per Unit Analysis File need to support and give information to Operation.
· To prepare TRA, FDP and other necessary for a department.
· Prepare performance appraisal in Finance and Account Dept;
· Overview Finance & Account dept’ daily job
· To prepare organization structure in Finance & Account Dept;
· Make monthly KPI data and send to OSM

Job Requirement

- Any graduated (more prefer B.Com or ACCA)
- Age between 28 to 35
- At least 5 years experience in relative field at manager level
- Can prepare P&L and manage cash flow
- Good leadership skills and interpersonal skill
- Good communication and English 4 skill
