Job Description
♦ Must be able to handling customer complains
♦ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
♦ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirement
♦ Able to speak, write and communicate in Myanmar and English fluently.
♦ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or similar.
♦ 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in customer service management .
♦ Ability to work with a team – drive a team towards end-to-end content solutions.
♦ Good conflict management skills.
♦ Good interpersonal and leadership skills
