Job Description

- Provide filing and documentation assistance to manager
- Assist to schedule and coordinate meeting, appointment
- Arrange the invitation letter and conduct travel arrangement (flight booking, car rental and hotel booking)
- Claim the budget and prepare expense report for the projects
- Keep update the work process to manager and team
- Ensure the working process is within timeline

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree from any university
- Must have general business knowledge
- Hard working and dedicated, comfortable and proficient in working in a team
- 4 skill in English and Burmese
- Work, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
