• Responsible for developing and maintaining policy and procedure manuals and ensure that are consistent with Myanmar labor laws.
• Development and implement of employment program for the company.
• Maintain HR records.
• Abilities to handle and manage SSB related issues, income tax issues, labor contract
and workplace safety issues.
• Conducting various welfare activities and sustainability activities.
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in
consultation with the respective manager.
• Organize and guidance in performance appraisal and reward system.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in human resource management is more prefer
• Understanding of Myanmar labor law.
• At least 3 Years experience as HR generalist.
• Must have fluent in English 4 skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
