Job Description

- Develop service support strategies for YHE-CPR in line with company objectives whilst improving ICE- satisfaction through investor, customer and employee focused solutions with focus on growth and attention to company and brand social responsibility and environmental sustainability
- Draft and maintain YHE-CPR service department operational budget towards a continuous positive cash flow
- Evaluate , realize and control of service department capital expenditure budget Vs actual in a cost effective way
- Effective time management of all YHE-CPR service department staff ensuring efficiency , productivity and timeous attendance, leave and overtime control while sustaining and promoting a safe , healthy, motivational , proud , loyal ,respectful and rewarding work environment for all YHE-CPR staff
- Continuous development of service staff on technical , process competence and soft skill job attributes
- Analyze , identify , optimize service department process flow SOP’s towards optimal business efficiency
- Ensure 24/7 Technical Assistance to technicians , customers and other departments
- Support management on ad-hoc projects and other YHE business line activities and when they arise

Job Requirement

- Previous Heavy Equipment Experience will be a plus
- Good conflict management skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
