Job Description

Job summary:
Senior Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing services concerning installation, troubleshooting and develops the company application systems.
• Work closely with Regional IT Team in Bangkok to deliver the application services to the users including but not limited to installation, configuration, troubleshooting and solve application issues.
• Develop the applications or reports as assigned.
• Be a project member of the assigned project that supports the operation of the company
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Job Requirement

 Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
 3+ years of experience in software development or application support function
 Direct experience working in transportation and warehouse business would be an advantage
 Good knowledge in application programming including Microsoft.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Java, and MVC.
 Good knowledge of the application architecture
 Basic knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle process and methodologies
 Good troubleshooting skill
 Good command of both written and spoken English
 Accuracy and correctness of data and documents
 Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively
