Job Description

- Conduct random check Quality in Printing, Stock fitting, Cutting, Stitching and Assembly Process.
- Quality controlling the production result as the job schedule dept.
- Makes sure all the tools, machines used in the line are correct and are set in good condition.
- Control the process to assure that all operations following SOP.
- To check the special labeling on packing section.
- To follow up with all the incoming materials as well as inspection schedule.
- To deal with quality issues in incoming materials section.
- To inform Material Warehouse / Purchasing about material inspection status.
- To confirm daily incoming material reports.
- To communicate and co-ordinate with Finished Goods Warehouse / Production in some special quality issues.
- To support production solving quality issues found in the process.
- To co-ordinate and communicate with related departments.

Job Requirement

- Must be over 8 years of working experience and specialized in Quality Controlling for garment.
- Worked as Final Inspection Room Leader and mainly responsible for quality control garment production.
- Follow up with all the incoming materials as well as inspection schedule.
- Strong in QA/QC work, can speak Chinese and willing to work in Garment Industry.
