Job Requirement

· Bachelor degree holder. Having MBA or BBA is more preferable to this position.
· At least 5 years experience as senior management level in FMCG Sales and Distribution management field and must have fundamental marketing concepts.
· Persuasion skills to be able to convince key customers to purchase goods and inspire employees to succeed.
· Effective communication skills to both listen and speak to all types of individuals.
· Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories and must have proactive management manner.
· Must have sales analysis thinking, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and project management.
· Able to work under pressure and intensive travel.
