Job Description

♦ Develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives (New car sales, Used car trade-in, Parts & Accessories and Service)
♦ Lead and execute the marketing staffs (7-8 staffs) to create detailed marketing plans (on-line and off-line ) and implementation
♦ Build marketing programs to support marketing objectives across several channels
♦ Oversee marketing campaigns, track the effectiveness and report the result to management
♦ Set the marketing budget plan & and make sure the budget spent is delivering ROI
♦ Manage the design and production of the promotional materials
♦ Research and analyze market trends and competitors
♦ Negotiate and liaise with marketing agencies and suppliers
♦ Create new business models if necessary (CASE: Connected, Autonomous, Electric, Sharing)

Job Requirement

♦ Degree in business/ marketing related area
♦ Deep understanding and knowledge of the automotive market from market dynamics, customers, business and technology trends in the automotive field
♦ Have held a prior position in marketing manager
♦ A positive demeanor, strong collaboration skills,proactive, customer presence, strong communication, and presentation skills
♦ Ability to analyze marketing data and understand macro and micro industry trends and drive decisions based on analysis
♦ Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
♦ English (Business English is a must)
