Job Requirement

📣Any Bachelor’s degree. Preferable in any Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
📣A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and administration in Myanmar.
📣Knowledge of KPI development and performance management.
📣Solid understanding of Myanmar labor laws and best HR practices.
📣Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
📣Proficient in HRIS systems or MS Office applications.
